The buses rent out locally in Dallas within 20 miles of Dallas but
can be rented outside Downtown Dallas for additional trailer/travel fee.

Setup Prior to the Agreed Start Time
A Variety of Photo Props, Hats, Wigs, glasses, selfie sticks, etc.
Unlimited 4x6 customizable prints from a Photo Booth Printer and High-Quality DSLR Camera
Depending on local wifi, pictures can be downloaded directly to phone via QR code. Client receives all the digital photo taken inside and around the bus area.
Round table tops can be added for an additional cost of $25.00 (a cocktail table) Black or white cover
Wine Barrel table tops are $75.00 a barrel glass top.
10x10 tent awning cover is $50.00 each (one tent is red and the other is green.
Led lighted color trees can be added at $250.00 per tree.
Photography /portraits/headshots/corporate events
Corporate Headshots
A setup fee of $175.00 will be charged for the service, including your backdrop of choice and softbox lighting. You may pick from five prints.
If there are several individuals who need headshots, then the rate will be $25.00 per person, including the five prints of their selection. All clients get basic touchups through Photoshop, such as teeth whitening and the removal of a limited amount of wrinkle and skin blemishes.
Individual Portrait or Family Photography: $175.00 for 1 Hour
You receive at least 25 edited pictures from the session via internet download.
Holiday and Corporate Events
We charge $499.00 to cover holiday and corporate events, including photography of the event up to three hours($100.00 per each additional hour). This includes candid shots of people and setup event details. All pictures taken of the event setup and venue will be given via digital file download or flash drive (A $10.00 additional fee will be charged for the flash drive option).
Outdoor Movie Theatre set up $499.00
Outdoor Movie theatre setup includes:
16 foot blowup portable movie screen
Electro Voice ELX 15 in speaker sound system
blue ray player
Ben Q movie projector.
VW Bus as snack bar with popcorn machine and popcorn for 50 people ($125.00)
additional items can be added per customer request such as candy bars, sodas, and other food or drink items.
Movie screen shown poolside with optional popcorn machine rental. Popcorn machine rents for $125.00 for approximately 50 people.

Outdoor paint class
Outdoor/Indoor paint class has a setup fee of $275.00, and fee per person ( 15 person minimum & upto 50 person max.) $15.00 each per person that covers cost of supplies.
Class can hold up to 50 people.
Depending on location, can provide limited 6 foot folding tables and chairs. Call for location and availability of space for tables and chairs.
Instructor will provide wooden paint easels with canvas,
acrylic paint, paint plate, napkins, water cups, paint brushes, and apron
one instructor with microphone and speaker.
Depending on venue, VW bus can be used as background.
Set up time 1-2 hours. Class paint time ,1-2 hours. Break down/clean ,1 hours.
Wedding Photography Packages $2400.00
Meeting at the Rehearsal Practice (If One Is Planned)
Day of the Wedding Pre-Ceremony (Hair and Makeup and Groomsmen Preparing), the Ceremony, and the Reception (Up to Four Hours)
Clients receive a flash drive of at least 500 edited photographs from the wedding event
Photograhing with 2 Nikon D4's and D800. I use Nikon Lenses 70-200mm, 24-70mm, 16-28, 85mm, 50 mm, and 24mm.
